I found a forum-post, which contains the plot behind Matrix Reloaded.
The source of this text is said to be someone close to the Directors of Matrix Reloaded. Therefore the plot is said to be correct, I don’t know… The plot is VERY complicated, but this makes more sense than anything I’ve read so far.
