Some people just really don’t understand anything when selecting webhosts.
I can understand if you make a mistake once, I did when I chose cliche.dk.
But now cliche.dk and their way of treating customers is widely known, so why would anyone even consider all these new hosts? They’re popping up all over the place, look at Cube ApS and BlueWebHouse ApS? Half of the hosts which used this strategy a year ago is already dead or dying…
I really don’t understand why people still fall for “Get a huge hosting solution for ~$1 (10dkr)”. People have to be able to see through that? or?
All these quick and fast ApS hosts promise everything but in the end deliver nothing. Remember you are signing a contract for 6/12 months of payment and hosting, and if you find out it SUCKS after 1 week then you’re pretty much fucked.
So think about your choice of host, don’t choose all these newly founded webhosts, they might be able to provide good service and stability in the beginning but they can’t get afford to upgrade servers or staff when their customers only pay $1 a month. It’s a failed strategy, don’t fall for it… THINK PEOPLE!
I know I work for wannafind and many might think “hah, he’s only saying that because then wannafind will get more customers”, but no… I’m saying this due to my experience with webhosts and user’s questions in newsgroups.
There are many cliche’s out there, don’t fall for them!

Til privat brug er disse billige host’s jo okay. Men til professionel brug snakket vi selvfølgelig helt andre løsninger.

F.eks. er jeg total træt af at der ikke svares på *.domæne.dk men kun http://www.domæne.dk og domæne.dk. Sidstnævnte endda kun som redirect til http://www.domæne.dk.
Thomas: Kommer lidt an på hvad man vil. Jeg ville ikke kunne leve med en host der ikke var stabil og hurtig selvom det blot er en privat side.
